Early Game
Early-game players do not need to worry about obtaining specific Combat Gear sets.
You will naturally acquire most of them through regular gameplay progression.
Recommended Combat Gear Configuration
For general use, the following setup works well:
Special Ops
Devil's Collection
Icy Sea Scroll
Replacement Strategy
As new events release and stronger Combat Gear becomes available, you should gradually replace older pieces in your configuration.
Icy Sea Scroll should eventually be replaced with newer Limited Combat Gear.
However, if your final slot is still empty or you lack better options, you can continue using Icy Sea Scroll temporarily.
Best Weapon Configuration
The current optimal setup is:

Focus only on optimizing your third (or final) slot with the best weapon configuration available to you.
Strategy Summary
Early Game
Don't worry about specifics. Natural progression gives you what you need.
Mid Game
Use Special Ops + Devil's Collection + Icy Sea Scroll as your base setup.
End Game
Aim for Witch, Phantom, Echoes, Firmament. Use Colossal as fallback.
